Re: FTI-Messaging software

Dear Valued Customer,

Fillware Technologies is proud to announce the launch of the all new FTI-messaging software.

FTI-messaging software has been created to help keep pharmacies up to date with everything that is happening including Fillware news, features, options and any new changes that are happening with Fillware and the pharmacy industry.

The program will be running in the background at all times, and can be found in the taskbar next to the system time. The icon is in the shape of an envelope and depending on the status, it will change color. If the envelope icon is blue, this means there are no messages to be read. If it is green, that means there are messages waiting to be viewed.

When a message is received, a notification box will pop up on right corner of your screen, and at that point you can click the read button to read the message or read later button to view message later. You can also right click on the envelope icon to select the read message option or you can double click on the envelope icon to open the FTI-messaging program to view and read all your inbox messages.
